The next Gordon Research Conference on Bioinformatics will be held
24-29 August, 2003, at The Queens' College, Oxford University, UK. Invited
speakers include leaders in genomics, protein structure and function
prediction, proteomics, metabolomics and other areas of bioinformatics.
The website with the current plan can be seen at http://www.grc.org/programs/2003/bioinf.htm
We will have a poster session, and speakers will be selected from poster
abstracts submitted to the meeting, for a special evening session. Preference
will be given to those presenting new, unpublished discoveries or methods,
and to students and postdocs who attend. There are still a number of
openings
available (a maximum of 140 will be invited to attend from those who
apply), so those who are interested are encouraged to apply soon. For
more information, please contact Kimmen Sjolander, University of California,
Berkeley (kimmen@uclink.berkeley.edu)
